MID 20-30KTL3-X2 Series

Product Overview

The MID 20-30KTL3-X2 series covers 20 kW, 25 kW and 30 kW three-phase models. Each model uses a dual-MPPT design with a 2+2 or 2+3 string configuration, a 200-1000 V MPPT operating range and a 580 V or 600 V rated input voltage. The platform is compatible with high-current PV modules and supports strings of up to 48 A on the 30 kW model.

All three models use smart air cooling and an OLED display with touch button. Maximum efficiency is 98.75%, China efficiency is 98.6% and MPPT efficiency is 99.9%. The IP66 enclosure supports outdoor installation, with optional string fault monitoring and arc fault detection.
