Product Overview
The 66QL6-BDX uses an enhanced N-type TOPCon cell platform with 264 cells in a 66 × 4 layout. The bifacial dual-glass construction captures front-side irradiance and rear-side reflected light, while the low temperature coefficients support stable output in high-temperature operating conditions.
The module is available in seven power classes from 650 W to 680 W, with a 1500 VDC maximum system voltage, IP68 junction box and Class II safety rating. The 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm frame format is intended for utility-scale, commercial rooftop and ground-mount projects.
